Ms. Juskie, a Real Estate Broker, is one of the three founders of the corporation and its majority shareholder since 1994. Victoria has first-hand experience in each and every facet of Linderlake’s activities and operations. She was the driving force behind the company’s rapid growth that twice led to Linderlake’s being named in INC. Magazine’s annual INC. 500 list of America’s fastest growing, privately held companies (#96/1995; #248/1996). This explosive sales growth was primarily driven by Linderlake’s Real Estate Division as well as the corporate decisions and policy development which all are under her personal control at Linderlake.
Ms. Juskie has a diverse background in real estate management, acquisition, disposition, negotiations, and records management throughout the telecom, wireless, pipeline, power, and transport industries. Her expertise in sales and marketing, together with her onsite experience during construction projects and utility locating, make her uniquely qualified to fulfill a variety of our clients’ personnel needs

Ken assists Ms. Juskie with the operations and human resources departments in the organization.
Vice President, Marketing & OSP: Mark F. Poncer
Mr. Poncer’s primary responsibility is to project manage outside plant maintenance operations.
Vice President, Right-of-Way: Danny L. Cossich
Mr. Cossich is a Linderlake veteran, with a professional
career that includes extensive wireless acquisition,
property acquisition and zoning experience for public and
private companies and agencies. He has ultimate
responsibility for the property and wireless services at Linderlake under Ms. Juskie’s direction..
Director of Human Resources: Yvette McGrath (e-mail
Ms. McGrath's responsibilities include developing and
implementing recruiting and training programs and processes,
as well as the direction of the Human Resources Department.
This role encompasses all aspects of personnel services
within the company, including compensation, staffing, and HR
planning, among others.
